Waybridge Clinics is closing
Our last day of patient care is Friday, October 30, 2026. We are no longer accepting new patients.
Waybridge Clinics opened its doors in Omaha, Nebraska in 2023 and expanded to Nashville, Tennessee in early 2025, offering a variety of mental health services. Waybridge Health has made the decision to close both clinic locations, and our last day of patient care will be Friday, October 30, 2026. We are no longer accepting new patients.
Our focus now is making sure every current patient transitions safely to their next provider. If you’re a Waybridge patient, you should already have received emails and a mailed letter from us, including a list of options for continuing your care.
For current patients
What this means for you
Your care through October 30
Current patients will continue to be seen through our last day. If you have an upcoming appointment, please keep it. It’s the best time to plan your next steps with your provider.
Choose a new practice soon
New-patient appointments can take several weeks, so we recommend scheduling with your next provider now. Good places to start include your insurance company’s provider directory, Psychology Today, and Zocdoc. If you’ve lost the list of continuing-care options we sent, call or email us and we’ll send it again.
Prescriptions
Please ask about refills at your next visit with us. Where it’s safe and appropriate, we’ll help bridge your medication until your first appointment with your new provider. After October 30, please contact your new provider or your primary care provider for prescriptions.
TMS, Spravato, and IV ketamine
These treatments shouldn’t be stopped abruptly. If you’re in a treatment series, please call us as soon as possible so we can help you transfer to another center. If you haven’t started a new series yet, we recommend starting with your next provider so your treatment isn’t interrupted mid-course.

Your medical records
Your records are being kept safely. To have your records sent to a new provider, or to get a copy for yourself, you’ll need to sign a release of information (ROI) form. We can’t share records without one.
Through October 30, call your clinic or email hello@waybridgeclinics.com and we’ll send you the release form and take care of your request.
After October 30, Waybridge’s patient records will be held by Morgan Records Management, our records custodian, for the period required by law. Morgan will also need a signed release before sending records.
Billing and insurance
We’ll continue to process insurance claims for visits that took place before closing, so you may still receive statements over the next few months. For billing questions, call 888-235-2518.
